Leadership Ateliers 2026 / Workshop
Design for Business Impact
Design leaders need to connect design work to actual impact that executives usually track, like: revenue, cost, risk, and customer behavior. This workshop can build this capacity by combining business literacy, impact mapping, and practice turning design work into measurable outcomes and stories.
Top 3 Outcomes
- #1Translate design problems into business problems and outcomes
- #2Learn basic business literacy for designers: basic understanding of KPIs, OKRs, funnels, and value levers.
- #3Define a small set of UX and product metrics and show how they connect to business KPIs.
