Creating a Roadmap to Navigate AI Change

As AI reshapes product development, UX professionals face unprecedented change—from evolving role definitions and new skill requirements to shifting cross-functional dynamics and market expectations. This masterclass bridges change management principles with UX practice, equipping practitioners and leaders to navigate transformation both within their organizations and in the products they create.

Drawing on parallels between managing organizational change and driving design adoption, participants will develop practical frameworks for leading through disruption, building new working agreements, and positioning UX as essential in AI-powered product development. Through interactive exercises and customizable tools, you'll leave with strategies tailored to your organization's size, industry, and UX maturity level.
