How to transition from Designer to Leader

This workshop aims to teach folks, with a UX background, how to utilise their skills to transition from an IC to a leadership role.

Through a combination of presentations, pair working, group discussions and individual exercises, participants will work through a design approach to building their leadership skills. By presenting the task of leading a design team, as a UX challenge, participants will learn to view their teams as a product and their organisation as its users.
